The Golden Eagle Band has been an active organization since 1873 and has served as the musical representative of the University. If your interested in a Senior Military College, as well as continuing your interest in music then look no further. University of North Georgia, The Military College of Georgia, incorporates the Golden Eagle Band into the all Army ROTC program.

University of North Georgia is a Senior Military College with a large Army ROTC program. You can come to UNG and commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Active, Reserve, or National Guard component of the United States Army.

See our website www.ung.edu/military-college/ Our Color Guard is the 2001 and 2002 National Champions. This unique organization is the loyal guard of our nations colors. They are responsible for protecting and presenting the colors at formal reviews and Corps functions. They also serve as ambassadors during special occasions requested by the North Georgia community, such as Atlanta Braves baseball games, Atlanta Athletic Club events and surrounding Veterans Day celebrations.
