DAHLONEGA – The No. 13 University of North Georgia (UNG) baseball team is set to host the 2025 Peach Belt Conference Tournament this upcoming weekend at Bob Stein Stadium at Lynn Cottrell Park.

The Nighthawks won their fourth PBC Regular-season title in program history last weekend after taking two of three road games at Georgia College. Going 36-13 overall with a 23-4 mark in conference play, UNG tied with Lander atop the conference standings. The Nighthawks earned the top seed in the tournament via tiebreaker after winning a late-March series against the Bearcats.

The quarterfinals of the 2025 PBC Tournament will be held at the sites of the top two seeds–Lander and North Georgia–this weekend May 2-4. The Semifinals and Championship will take place at the site of the highest remaining seed May 9-11.

The top-seeded Nighthawks open tournament play at 11 a.m. on Friday against eighth-seeded Augusta. UNG swept the Jaguars in the regular season, highlighted by scoring a program record 31 runs in the second game of the series.

Tickets are available for purchase on the conference website. All tickets must be purchased online, cash will not be accepted at the door. All games in the event will be broadcast on the PBC Sports Network for a pay per view price of $10.

The Nighthawks are in search of their second PBC Tournament title in program history and first since 2008.
